  Hahahaha, the employee forgot to hand me the donut at the window which was no problem, but I drove off not realizing as well. I then pulled back in, told the cashier, and one of them grabbed the donut for me and said sarcastically "Pay attention better next time." I'm 25, not 15, you don't ever speak to a customer like that and I guarantee I was about a decade older than him.

  I have spent over 20 minutes in this drive through. It is THE slowest drive through I have ever been through. I have tried going inside instead and instead of being treated as the priority over those in the drive through (which is customer service 101- no matter what your profession- if someone is standing in front of you, they should be first priority.) ALMOST everyone working here in the morning acts like they're asleep and the last thing they want to do is give you your coffee. I will keep coming here because it's on my way to work and I am addicted to DD coffee but that is the only reason. I will continue to leave an extra 35 minutes early every morning JUST so be sure I get to work on time and hope that one day this location learns how to get speed up the drive through/ employees. I also stopped ordering sweetener because somehow pink sweetener means yellow sweetener or HAZELNUT SHOTS. (I do prefer my coffee to taste like coffee and not a candy bar.) I love dunkin but I have never had such a consistently miserable experience.
  
  PLEASE SPEED THINGS UP OR OTHER PEOPLE WILL STOP COMING. THIS WOULD CERTAINLY HELP MY ISSUE WITH THE LONG WAIT BUT IT DEFINITELY WONT HELP ME IF YOU END UP GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! If management wants the phone number for a location that does it right I can provide it if they would like to get some advice......
