  Been going here for a few years and every time the customer service is HORRIBLE , orders are never right and the food is always cold and soggy. I'm sorry but seeing as I've worked fast food actually for this chain, it's not hard to be nice and make burgers , sorry to be so blunt. I would never recommend this store

  Got the whopper and fries combo. The burger was fresh, as were the fries. Can't really speak about the service, it was ok, but as for the quality of the food, it was very very good. Much better than other fast food restaurants and chains in the area.

  I love Rollin Valley Mall. Had great deals on meals and did a survey to get a free sandwich.

  Service is prompt and inside is generally kept clean. Walk-in only. Big complaint is that the lettuce is often wilted and of poor quality in salads and on sandwiches.
